After Registration: After you have registered for the conference, you will receive an email welcoming you to the conference. Please open all emails from Emergent ED. as food will be provided and any allergies or special accommodations will need to be detailed in your email.
Registration: You may only register for this conference online, prior to the conference. No entry will be allowed at the door.
Deposits: This conference seating is limited to 50 participants for maximum engagement time. Seating is reserved for all participants who have pre-registered. All deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to March 27th. Deposits will not be refunded after Friday, March 13, 2020.
Final Payment: Final payment for the conference must be received by Friday, March 13, 2020. If final payment is not received by midnight, Friday, March 13, 2020, your deposit will automatically be refunded and your seat will no longer be available.
Conference Location: The conference location will be announced and emailed to all registered participants on Friday, February 28, 2020.
Participants and guests: Only registered, paid participants may attend the conference. No additional guests who have not registered may attend.
Food: Food, snacks, and drinks will be provided at the conference. Any special accommodations will need to be mentioned in your pre-conference survey that will be sent to you via email, after registration.
Conference Notes: All participants will receive a certificate of completion for each topic covered during this conference. You may use these certificates towards your required annual training's. This is a 2-day conference, participants may attend sessions at their will. However, to get the most out of the conference, please plan to attend the entire conference.
All conference materials, workbooks, door prizes, etc. will be issued at the time of the conference.
