In-Person Annual Training Sessions are designed for child care program directors and owners who want to meet their staff's annual training requirements while building a stronger, more capable team. Each session is led by an experienced TECPDS certified, Emergent ED trainer — a professional with real, on-the-ground child care experience — who delivers expert instruction in a hands-on, interactive format.
Your team will engage in live demonstrations, group discussions, and real-time Q&A tailored to the challenges and topics most relevant to Texas child care programs today. Every topic covered is aligned with Texas Health and Human Services requirements, so you can feel confident that the hours your staff complete count toward the 24 clock hours required annually by the state.
